  1. What kind of pets do you allow?
    Cats and dogs under 100 pounds, no aggressive breeds. No exotic pets permitted.
     
  2. How many pets may I have?

  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    $500 deposit ($200 is refundable) and $15 monthly pet rent per pet.
     
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Government issued photo ID.
     
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    $50 application fee per applicant (married couples will also be per person) $125 administrative fee. Monthly fees are $35.00 valet trash fee, $2.50 pest fee, $15.00 per pet for rent (if applicable)
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications? Income = 3 times the monthly rent. For Credit, please see our criteria.
  7. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    W-2, 2 most recent pay stubs and letter from employer if it is a new job or offer letter.
  8. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    All applicants must qualify for apartment or one has to qualify for the apartment on their own. Only Lease holders are given a key.
     
  9. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Holding deposit turns into security after lease is executed. Holding deposit is not refundable if application is canceled.
     
  10. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Yes with 60 day notice and lease break fees per lease agreement.
     
  11. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Lease will roll over to a MTM lease after the lease term has expired if not renewal is signed. Fees and market rent will apply to MTM rate.
     
  12. What utilities are included in my lease?
    None
     
  13. How long is the term of the lease?
    6-14 month lease terms
     
  14. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Our shortest term is 3 months with short term fees.
  15. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes
     
  16. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    No
     
  17. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    Yes
     
  18. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Writing, phone, email
     
  19. When is my rent payment due?
    1st
     
  20. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    4th
     
  21. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes
     
  22. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    On-line
     
  23. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    No more than 7 days.
     
  24. Do you have reserved parking?

  25. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

  26. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
