Yes, Hebron 121 Station does have on-site maintenance.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
You can submit a work order through our resident portal.
What happens if I am locked out?
If you are locked out during business hours, you may contact the leasing office for assistance. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to place an emergency work order for our on-call technician.
What if I have a maintenance emergency?

What amenities does the property offer?
We have three pools, four dog parks, sand volleyball, bocce ball, an on-site restaurant, an on-site convenience store, a clubhouse, an arcade, poker/card tables, billiards, a conference room, a two-story fitness center, and a yoga room.
Is your community pet friendly, and how many pets can I have?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. There is a limit of two pets per home.
What appliances are standard?
All of our homes include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top, washer, and dryer.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
We do not have furnished apartments.
During which time periods are the amenities available for use?
The pool is open year-round from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and closed on Mondays for maintenance. Our fitness center is open from 5 am to midnight.
Is parking available, and what are the options for residents?
We offer open parking throughout our community, as well as covered carports and detached garages for rent.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?
The average time to process an application is 24 - 48 hours from the moment we receive the required documents and information.
What are my options for paying my rent, and when is rent due?
Rent can be paid in the office using a cashier's check or online using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes, you are required to provide Renter's Insurance.
Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?
Our homes have a bundled Cable and Internet through Spectrum.
What documents are needed for the application process?
You will need to provide your ID to process your application and proof of income to satisfy the income requirement.
How do I set up my utilities, and which utilities are included in my rent?
We will setup your water and valet trash service. You will need to contact the electric company to establish your account for electricity. No utilities are included in your rent.
What if my application is denied?
The administrative and application fees are non-refundable.
Where can I complete the application, and how much are application fees?
You can complete the application online using our website, apartmentsinlewisvilletx.com. Application fee is $75 per applicant and administrative fee is $175.
